Rector Karahocagil expressed that the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification marked the initial successes within the framework of quality work. He emphasized that the achievement was a significant source of motivation for them and that many universities had followed suit in those processes, completing them as well. Following the success, he mentioned continuing the journey with the external evaluation process of THEQC, and during that process, their applications in 2022 were accepted. Rector Karahocagil highlighted that they received full institutional accreditation for five years from the Institutional Accreditation Program, becoming the first state university established after 2006 to achieve this. He underlined that Kırşehir Ahi Evran University did not cease its quality efforts after such a success. He mentioned that in November 2023, during the Quality Congress held at the Istanbul Lütfi Kırdar Convention Center, they achieved 5-star competence in EFQM Outstanding Performance. Rector Karahocagil emphasized that competence was not the final destination for them.

Rector Karahocagil emphasized that they based all of these efforts on the principles of Akhism and internalized them. He highlighted that the approach returned to them as motivation. While carrying out those processes, Rector Karahocagil stated that they relied on Akhism in scientific studies that became the subject of articles. Drawing attention to the fact that Akhism, in the 13th century, was not only a professional organization but also a quality movement in terms of the Turkish Quality Management System, Rector Karahocagil pointed out that the principles of Akhism formed the essence of quality. He expressed that they based all of their work on Akhism and have the aim of advancing this matter, intending to implement quality as a lifestyle in all their processes, meeting both ISO standards and THEQC and EFQM criteria with a corporate quality culture based on Akhism.
