In partnership with the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) and as part of the 38th Akhism Week celebrations, “Akhism-Based Entrepreneurship Training” was held at our university. The training took place from September 23 to 25, 2025, at the Süleyman Türkmani Meeting Hall in the Ahi Evran Congress and Culture Center, with the participation of 18 entrepreneurs from 13 countries. The program connects Akhism’s ethical foundation, sense of solidarity, and business morals with entrepreneurship, offering participants knowledge while also aiming to build a basis for cultural and economic cooperation.

During the training, our university’s faculty members shared their knowledge and experience with the entrepreneurs in various fields. They also informed participants about new opportunities for student exchange, joint research, and sectoral collaborations.

Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil and 18 tradespeople and businesspeople from 13 different countries were welcomed by Kırşehir Governor Murat Sefa Demiryürek in his office at the end of the three-day intensive training program.

Governor Murat Sefa Demiryürek congratulated the TİKA officials, university administrators, and academic staff for their leadership in reinterpreting entrepreneurship on a global scale through the ethical and solidarity-based principles of Akhism. He added that they will continue to work together to spread the culture of Akhism in every field.

Participants who completed their training in our city and at our university will receive their certificates at the 8th International Akhism Symposium.
