A protocol was signed between Kırşehir Ahi Evran University and the Presidency of Türkiye Manuscripts Institution regarding the donation of the university’s manuscripts and rare printed works to the Institution. The signing ceremony took place on September 27, 2025, at the rector’s office, with the participation of Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil, Dr. Coşkun Yılmaz, Prof. Dr. İlhan Şahin, and Prof. Dr. Feridun Emecen.

The protocol aims to ensure the preservation, protection, and safe transfer of the manuscripts and rare printed books held by Kırşehir Ahi Evran University for future generations.

Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil emphasized the importance of the signed protocol for the preservation and transmission of the university library’s manuscripts and rare printed books to future generations. He also expressed his hope that the protocol would benefit both the university and the city.
