On March 31, 2026, as part of social and cultural activities for our students, a meaningful program titled “Our Boys on the Field, the Joy of the Game on the Big Screen” was held. The 2026 World Cup Qualifiers Play-Off Final between our National Football Team and the Kosovo National Football Team was watched on the giant LED screen located in the 15 July National Will Hall at the Congress and Culture Center. The event was attended by the Secretary General Asst. Prof. Dr. Hüseyin İlter, along with academic and administrative staff and a large number of students.

Students and university staff showed great interest in the event. Participants eagerly followed our national team’s performance. The spectators who filled the arena throughout the match cheered and applauded to support the national team. The Turkish National Team won the match 1–0 and celebrated the victory with great enthusiasm. The colorful and exciting moments during the event significantly contributed to strengthening the sense of unity and togetherness on our campus.
